Policy for Online Orders, Returns, and Exchanges
**Pricing Policy**
EMAS NAUFAL retains the right to make changes to this website at any time, including modifications to prices, products, or services offered on the platform. Please note that prices and products listed on our e-Store may differ from those in our showroom, as promotions, campaigns, and offers are managed independently for each platform. While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing on our e-Store, fluctuations in the prices of precious metals and gemstones may result in changes without prior notice.
In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and either issue a refund in line with our policy or allow the customer to proceed with the revised pricing before completing the order. Prior to payment, customers will be given the final price and weight of their purchase for confirmation. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation containing all transaction details.
**Return & Exchange Policy**
We are committed to stringent quality control standards to ensure that all products from our e-Store meet our customers' expectations. This return and exchange policy applies only to online purchases made through our e-Store.
If there is an issue with a received product, please contact our Customer Support Hotline at +60 12-234 8203 or email support@emasnaufal.com for assistance. Requests for exchange must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this window may not be approved and will be at the discretion of our management team.
**Steps to Request an Exchange**
1. Use the QR code on your purchase receipt (top-right corner) **OR** contact Customer Service at +60 12-234 8203.
2. Fill out the online Exchange Request Form. Requests are typically processed within three (3) business days after verification by our team.
3. Once approved, we will send an email notification with return instructions.
**Eligible Reasons for Exchange:**
- Item received is defective.
- Item received differs from what was ordered.
- Ordered item does not fit the intended size.
Please Note:
- Exchanges will not be approved for "change of mind" or damage due to "wear and tear."
- Items such as gold bars, gold dinars, and loose GIA-certified diamonds are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Products that have been used, worn, altered, resized, or damaged post-delivery are also ineligible for exchanges.
All items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition, with intact packaging and the purchase receipt included. Upon receiving the returned item(s), EMAS NAUFAL will conduct quality checks; decisions on eligibility are final.
The cost of return shipping for exchanges must be covered by the customer. We are not liable for any damages or issues caused during return shipping initiated by customers. For items confirmed as defective or incorrect upon delivery, EMAS NAUFAL will provide a prepaid courier airway bill for the return.
Exchanges are available only for items of identical design and value, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item has a higher price, customers must pay the difference. If it has a lower price, an e-voucher equivalent to the difference will be issued for future use on our website (https://www.emasnaufal.com).
Please allow five (5) to fourteen (14) business days for the exchange process once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Processing time is contingent upon verification and quality assurance procedures.
**Order Cancellation Policy**
Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that the shipment has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order is shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at +60 12-234 8203. Cancellation requests will be accepted only under the following circumstances:
1. Size adjustments required for the ordered item
2. Modifications to shipping information
Cancellation requests based solely on a change of mind will not be honored.
Approved cancellations will lead to a refund issued in the form of an e-Voucher, redeemable on our website. Please allow up to thirty (30) working days for refunds to reflect in your bank account; delays may occur due to external financial institutions' processes, which are beyond EMAS NAUFAL's control or responsibility.
