Effortless Delivery and Shipping Guidelines

At EMAS NAUFAL, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines and customer responsibilities to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing

After your order has been placed, please allow 2–3 working days for order processing before it is handed over to our trusted courier partner.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation together with your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Johor Bahru: Up to 3 calendar days

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia): Up to 7 calendar days

  • East Malaysia: Up to 10 calendar days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and external circumstances.

Order Tracking

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation or shipping notification.

Shipping charges and delivery schedules may be updated from time to time.

Please note that processing and delivery may take longer during:

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Public holidays

  • Festive seasons

  • Peak shopping periods

Delivery Responsibility

Our trusted courier partners are committed to handling every shipment with care.

If a parcel is reported lost during transit, EMAS NAUFAL will work closely with the courier company to conduct an investigation.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered after the courier officially confirms the loss in accordance with our internal procedures.

Claims may be declined if:

  • Delivery has been successfully confirmed.

  • The loss did not result from the negligence of the courier or EMAS NAUFAL.

Customers are encouraged to receive their parcels personally whenever possible.

If another person accepts the delivery on your behalf or the parcel is delivered according to your delivery instructions, responsibility transfers upon successful proof of delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Recipient's full name

  • Correct delivery address

  • Valid contact number

EMAS NAUFAL is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the parcel will be returned to EMAS NAUFAL.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery requests.

In certain situations, EMAS NAUFAL reserves the right to cancel the order and deduct any applicable return handling costs from the refund amount.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or has signs of tampering, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

EMAS NAUFAL shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMAS NAUFAL's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Customers may also choose to collect their orders from our designated collection point.
